COZ-135 Discord

Our exclusive social home for Cozies will immersively transport travelers aiming for Cozy culture in their daily life, such as those who want to build and collect in a calm space, engage in well-being experiences with support from a strong community, and receive exclusive access to future developments. The Cozies Discord main channels are token-locked for several reasons:

• Primarily, we believe in Community-as-a-Service, i.e., a community becomes exponentially more valuable as its members consolidate around a shared purpose, supported by infrastructure built to facilitate high-quality interactions.

• We consider the Discord experience to be similar to an exclusive theme park full of game-like experiences promoting personal well-being, rendering its membership a stand-alone utility.

• Token-gating the main Discord channels ensures members are committed to the community and project, and hold a vested interest in their own contribution to its success. Our team’s job is to build and moderate that infrastructure, attract the right people, and provide value to existing members.

Pursuits

Each member will be able to participate in our levelling system that unlocks new areas (channels), utilities, roles, and resources based on time spent on the server and contributions to it. Levels are gained through 'pursuits' - similar to quests in video games, pursuits allow Cozies holders to learn about the project and story world, actively participate in community initiatives, reflect, provide value to the collective, and watch as the full extent of the Discord experience unfolds before them. This is not meant to create a hierarchy, but, rather, a more gradual introduction to the project.

Our team has worked hard to establish a more immersive, integrated Discord, Twitter, and event experience through deeply immersive world-building and custom bots and apps to fulfil our vision, and create a Cozy digital space. At the end of the day, each design decision is meant to create an environment that fosters the betterment of the community’s collective and individual well-being.

To further ensure the quality discussions necessary for the community to build upon the collective vision or provide like-minded individuals with a slower-paced, meticulously curated, spatial social setting, we intend to set up and actively moderate a forum platform.
